Satan is a very real character in the Old Testament (book of Job) and in all my time involved in Judaism I heard Satan mentioned .0000001 percent of time.
I've seen stuff where people use Satan and God's test to Job as an explanation for why bad things happen in the world and it makes sense.
If you don't talk about Satan once, I have trouble understanding how you are a biblically based religion.
