Crazy Black Lawmakers Crying That Cities Aren't Diverse Enough

>> The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus filed a lawsuit Monday against the state of Georgia seeking to dissolve the city charters of Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, Johns Creek, Milton and Chattahoochee Hills. Further, the lawmakers, joined by civil rights leader the Rev. Joseph Lowery, aim to dash any hopes of a Milton County. >> The lawsuit, filed in a North Georgia U.S. District Court Monday, claims that the state circumvented the normal legislative process and set aside its own criteria when creating the “super-majority white ” cities within Fulton and DeKalb counties. The result, it argues, is to dilute minority votes in those areas, violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution. Can white people sue New Orleans and Detroit for being too black? The Black Caucus should get real here, black people are a minority in the USA, it shouldn't come as a suprise that there's places where there aren't alot of black people. The USA itself is 74.8% white and 12.4% black. Is reality itself racist because in every city there isn't an even number of whites and blacks? Is reality itself an eeeeevieeeeel mother fucker trying to diminish black voting rights? The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus needs to chill out and stop being cynical.
