Old story. When the Hutus were treating the Tutsis like the whites treated the blacks in South Africa under Apartheid, no one cared. When Arabs enslave blacks in the Sudan, no one cares. There's too much of an industry working to create this "black as victim" culture. Acknowledging black on black crime would mean that blacks aren't really any differnt than whites and that whites haven't done anything to blacks historically that whites and blacks haven't done to their own. And then the whole victim culture would collapse.
