Liberals are hypocritical douchebags if you wanna be against the executive branch circumventing judicial review, then you gotta be against all circumvention of judicial review, not just the judicial review that you agree with but also the judicial review that you disagree with; otherwise you don't have a legal system but rather a wing it as you go system.
