See, in the Torah, parents are not supposed to be held responsible for what kids do, and kids are not supposed to be held responsible for what parents do.

However, orthodox yeshivas use the admittance of children into the schools in order to bully around parents to do the will of the yeshiva, and in orthodox enclaves, this even means trying to take away the parent's right to take part in politics.

Orthodox judaism is not a religious community its a business community, a community of sheeple buying salvation from rabbis to the tune of thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars, and the clerical class will do anything to keep its power over the sheeple despite what the Torah says and despite what the secular law says. Dina demalchut dina is a joke, they never follow it.
