The liberal youtuber by the handle, LiberalViewer, put out a lame video twisting the conservative argument regarding trying terrorists in civilian courts.
The conservative argument is that Al Quada passes along instructions to its peons to claim that they were tortured in order to work the legal system, which is something that the anonymous commenter would learn if he watched some real news.

Which goes to show you did not really watch the video. What you are arguing is thus a straw-man. No surprise from a self-hating jew who perverts the Torah for some pagan god
And regardless the point was not that specific video but all the videos in that channel, Liberalviewer which thoroughly debunks Fox-crap weekly. Lies, distortion and antisemitism is what the Christ Rightwing is all about, which is why most Jews know well enough to be liberal
I bet you are some retard liberal who thinks that homosexuality and abortion is following the Torah.
Watch some real news before you accuse someone of "twisting."
Just as I thought you aren't really halachally jewish. Most likely just another messianic pretender trying to convert us
Otherwise you would know the Torah also pronounces judgement on abortion: http://www.theshalomcenter.org/node/1509
What is real news? Fox-crap aint news.
Look dick,
1) you are here to discuss issues with me, not with fox. leave fox OUT OF IT.
2) You haven't been following my blog. I am halachically Jewish, and I do not promote messianism on my blog out of respect for my largely Jewish audience.
3) I know the Torah is against abortion. I am not a retard like you.
How old are you, fifteen?
Your "who am I" section claims this is a republican blog and thus Fox is inherantly part of the discussion since most of the crap on this blog can rightly be labelled Fox-crap
Particularly the bullshit that Obama is a socialist. Unless you weren't a Fox nut you would first learn to at least get a clue about what socialism is before thinking Obama even comes close.
Obama has endorsed Netanyahu as a man of peace and made it clear he will never sacrifice Israel's status as a jewish state. Obama is also the first president to hold a seder in the White House (no republican would ever do the same) and thus is far more welcomed for jewish interests than republicans. McCain would never hold a seder since republicans aim, as Ann Coulter so aptly put it, for Jews to be perfected aka believe in the worst kofer of them all, Jesus.
And again abortion was addressed by the torah over 3300 years ago and not in the way you think: http://www.theshalomcenter.org/node/1509
Fox is not relevant. Fox is Fox, I am me. If you want to attack Fox, take it up with them. They are big boys and it is not my job to defend them. If you want to debate the conservative viewpoint, feel free to come here and do so but don't you dare come here and turn it into a referendum on Fox.
I can make the liberal viewpoint a referendum on MSNBC and that woudn't be an argument it would just be namecalling back and forth.
Mention Fox again and I will erase your comment until you can debate the conservative viewpoint without red herrings.
Now, you bring up Obama and socialism. Well, what do you think he's been doing to the banking, automotive, and health care industries? If the red shoe fits, WEAR IT.
Obama's polls in Israel itself are abysmal. Israel obviously does not perceive Obama to be in tune with Jewish interests.
About abortion, let's put aside your leftist rag for a moment and let's get Biblical. In Jeremiah 1:5, God told Jeremiah "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, [and] I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations." The Torah is against abortion as the Torah considers someone in the womb to be alive.
You sure you aint messianic? the book of Jeremiah is not the Torah. I would expect a yeshiva boy to know Torah is 5 books of Moses, where as the proper word for the entire hebrew bible is Tanakh. heheheh!
However, I will let it slide since Torah can also mean the totality of jewish teaching which Jeremiah is a part of
Regardless as stated the rabbis have already addressed abortion. The Torah plainly says abortion is ok. Odd you would appeal to some fringe text when the Torah EXPLICITLY says abortion is a-ok: http://www.theshalomcenter.org/node/1509
And here is a hint boy. In Judaism, the Torah (5 books of Moshe) carry more weight than anything else. The book of Jeremiah is part of our bible, but there is a tremendous difference between the Torah and the other books. The Torah was handwritten by the god of Israel himself. The other books are a lesser inspiration and certainly not the verbatim word of our god the way the Torah is. Everything else is beneath the Torah.
So even if you could get away with distorting Jeremiah to maintain Christianity's fetish with the human fetus, it would mean squat considering the Torah EXPLICITLY says abortion for all 9 months of pregnancy is a-ok. Read the link to understand why
1) I know the difference between Torah / Prophets / Writings. The Torah is not going to contradict Nach because it is all the inerrant word of God.
2) >> However, I will let it slide since Torah can also mean the totality of jewish teaching which Jeremiah is a part of
That's what I was referring to, genius. I graduated from an Orthodox yeshiva high school.
3) >> And here is a hint boy. In Judaism, the Torah (5 books of Moshe) carry more weight than anything else.
The Gemarah has exegesis of the whole Tanach.
4) >> but there is a tremendous difference between the Torah and the other books.
LIE. The whole OT is inerrant.
5) >> the Torah EXPLICITLY says abortion for all 9 months of pregnancy is a-ok.
In your next post, I want you to cite from the Torah where you claim it says about abortion, or I will ban you from commenting. You can't, so you are banned.
I'm not going to argue with liars.
