WHAT DO THE DEMOCRATS IN CONGRESS THINK THEY ARE BEING PAID FOR?

They don't read bills before they pass them (in fairness neither do Republicans but at least the GOP isn't trying to socialize health care).

And now, they left Congress without even passing a budget. What do they think they are being paid for?
