Welcome to the Jewish Islamic Republic of Israel. A woman got arrested for defending herself from a religious fanatic on a bus. The religious fanatic who was starting trouble with her was not arrested.

I'm not sure I agree that there should be outrage over this response. By the account linked to it looks like she engaged in a physical action first. Prior to that the exchange was purely verbal.
Commanding her to move especially in that context = physical threat.
