Aish.com Deception

Aish.com has a propaganda video trying to sell Rosh Hashana to the Jewish public, and the people in the video aren't wearing the orthodox dress code. Yeah sure, like you can keep your freedom to dress however you like when you join the orthodox community.

Watch the garbage here: http://www.aish.com/h/hh/rh/49592942.html

Although intelligent comments are usually wasted on you, I would note that only part of the Orthodox community enforces a dress code.

actually way more than half like 99% but only a "part" of the orthodox community enforces a dress code. XD

Thanks for the link. Funny stuff. And its not the dress code that got me; the truth-in-advertising people should be all over this. The video has clouds and hot air ballons and happy children. Why don't they show a video of the way OJ's really spend rosh hashana: in shul for countless hours chanting words that 95% of the people don't understand.

Cute! I liked the little girl, dreaming of being a ballerina. She so wants to join the ranks of frum ballerinas... I trust Aish will set her straight, and help her to understand that this is a totally inappropriate dream, good only for kiruv videos.
