You know and I know that Kirk's original Constitution class Enterprise could've kicked Picard's woosy Love Boat rip-off in a quarter of an episode.
And Kirk would've finished off by beaming Deanna aboard to be his new yeoman.

Huh? Are you thinking of the same ship? The one with the oversized saucer section and the eensy weensy warp nacelles? The E was impressive but for style nothing beat the original movie version:
